Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Wheat 1 cup
  2. Vegetables (peas, carrot, onion, cauliflower, capsicum, beet)-1 cup
  3. Tumeric 1/2 tsp
  4. red chili powder 1 tsp
  5. garam masala 1/2 tsp
  6. tandoori masala 1/2 tsp
  7. Mint leaves 1 tbsp
  8. Curd 1/4 cup
  9. Coriender leaves 2 tbsp
  10. Cashew nuts 10
  11. Salt to taste
  12. ghee 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Soak wheat for 1 hour.add salt in wheat.pressure cook for 4 whistle.
  2. Take a pan,add 1 tbsp ghee.stir fry cashew nuts . Remove cashew nuts from pan.
  3. Add all vegetables and saute until it becomes soft.
  4. Add all masala, curd,mint leaves ,salt.Mix well
  5. Take another serving bowl.make layer of boiled wheat and vegetables.
  6. Garnish with cashew nuts,coriander leaves ,onion rings.serve with raita.enjoyyy the recipe.
