Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. One cup oats
  2. One cup boiled potatoe
  3. Two boiled eggs
  4. Two left over Roti crumbled
  5. Half cup onion sliced
  6. Half cup spring onion
  7. 1 tea spoon roasted Jeera powder
  8. 1 teaspoon orgeano
  9. 1/ 2 teaspoon pepper powder
  10. Half teaspoon chat masala
  11. Half teaspoon salt
  12. Corn flour half teaspoon
  13. Chillies


  1. Mix well all the ingredients , mash well to form in the shape of cutlets.
  2. Coat it with roasted oats and shallow fry.
  3. For extra taste dip it with egg batter and then oats for frying.
  4. Serve hot with chutney or sauce
