Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 8-10 paneer fingers
  2. 1 1/2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  3. 1 /2 tsp carom seeds
  4. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  5. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  6. 5-6 tbsp roasted gram flour
  7. Salt to taste
  8. 4 tbsp oil to shallow fry
  9. Chaat masala to sprinkle


  1. Cut the paneer into long fingers and keep it aside.
  2. Now in a mixing bowl add ajwain,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,ginger garlic paste and salt.
  3. Now add paneer fingers to it and coat it gently with the masala.Keep it aside for around 15 minutes.
  4. Now spread the roasted gram flour on the plate and roll these marinated paneer pieces over it one by one.Dust off any excess gramflour.
  5. Insert toothpick into all the fingers.
  6. Now take a non stick grill pan and drizzle oil all over it.
  7. Place the fingers on the pan one by one and grill it till browned and crisp for all sides.
  8. Serve hot with any chutney of your choice.
