Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Rice-2cups
  2. Sprouted chana-1cup
  3. Vakkayalu-10 sliced
  4. Carrot-1 sliced
  5. Pottato-1 sliced
  6. Oil-3tbsp
  7. Cloves-2
  8. Cardamom-2
  9. Cinnamon-2 inches
  10. Javitri-2
  11. Bay leaves-1
  12. Onion-1 sliced
  13. Green chillis-4
  14. ginger garlic paste-1tbsp
  15. Salt to taste
  16. Ghee-2 tbsp
  17. Coriander-1 small bunch
  18. Water-5 cups

Instructions

  1. Heat kadai and add oil.add cloves, bay leave, cinnamon, cardamom , javitri
  2. Add sliced onions and green chillis to little fry.add ginger garlic paste to that.
  3. Add sprouted chana and carrot, pottato slices.fry it for 2 minutes.then add washed rice give a stir.now add water
  4. Add salt and vakkaya slices.cover it with lid for 10 minutes
  5. Add chopped coriander.leave it for 5 minutes.add ghee and switch off the flame
  6. Dish out the pulao.serve hot with salad and curd
