Ingredients to make Pan fried chicken And Sauteed veggies with Rice

  • INGREDIENTS FOR MAKING chicken
  • chicken leg pieces - 2
  • curd - 3 tbsp
  • ginger paste- 1 tsp
  • garlic paste- 1 tsp
  • chili powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper- 1 tsp
  • salt as required
  • INGREDIENTS FOR SAUTEED VEGGIES AND rice
  • Cooked rice - 1 cup
  • Chopped garlic - 1 tsp
  • potato- 1 , cut length wise
  • Green peas - 1/2 cup
  • carrot - 1 , cut sliced
  • capsicum- 1 , cut into slices
  • mushroom - 1/2 cup , cut into halves
  • Sweet corn - 5 tbsp
  • Soya sauce - 1 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • lemon juice - 1 tsp

How to make Pan fried chicken And Sauteed veggies with Rice

  1. Marinate chicken with curd , ginger garlic paste , salt to taste, Black pepper, chili powder and garam masala for 4- 5 hrs.
  2. Wash all veggies except mushroom, then boil it for 5 minutes...drain water .keep aside..
  3. Then heat a pan with 1 tsp oil ..add marinated chicken. Fry both sides till light brown and cooked well on low- medium heat.. ( flip chicken time to time to prevent stick and burnt to bottom of the pan).
  4. Now heat a pan with with 1 tsp butter . Add chopped garlic , stir it for a minute...Then Add mushrooms and saute for 2- 3 minutes.
  5. Then add boiled veggies, salt to taste , black pepper and soya sauce ..stir it for a minute
  6. Now add cooked rice and lemon juice .toss well to mix rice with veggies.. check seasoning...
  7. Serve hot healthy yet tasty pan fried chicken with sauteed veggies with rice.
