Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Maida...250 gm
  2. Fresh yeast...12 gm
  3. Butter/oil...15 gm
  4. Salt...4 gm
  5. Water...150 ml
  6. Gluten powder... 3 gm
  7. Calcium powder...2 gm
  8. Sugar...12 gm
  9. Soya flour...6 gm
  10. Khus khus...1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Take maida, soya flour, calcium powder and gluten. Mix.
  2. Put yeast, salt, sugar and water in a separate bowl. Mix till sugar dissolves.
  3. Mix maida mixture in yeast mix. Add oil and make dough.
  4. Cover with moist cloth for 10 minutes.
  5. Cut the dough into desired size balls.
  6. Beat the balls to remove the air.
  7. Now make dinner rolls of your choice.Spray water on it. Sprinkle khus khus.
  8. Keep in warm place for 40 minutes for rise.
  9. Preheat oven at 230 degree. Bake the dinner rolls for 25 minutes.
  10. Ready to rock.
