Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For carrot rice:
  2. 1 cup basmati rice,
  3. cooked 1 carrot, grated
  4. 1 tsp ghee / clarified butter / oil
  5. ½ tsp Mustard seeds
  6. ½ tsp jeera / cumin seed
  7. ¼ onion, finely chopped fried
  8. ¼ tsp turmeric powder
  9. salt to taste for 
  10. For paneer Rice
  11. 1 tbsp ghee / clarified butter / oil
  12. 1 cup basmati rice, cooked
  13. ¾ tsp jeera / cumin seeds
  14. ¼ onion, thinly sliced
  15. 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  16. ½ inch ginger, finely chopped, cooked
  17. 100 grams paneer
  18. Salt to taste
  19. For palak rice
  20. 1 1 tsp ghee / clarified butter
  21. 1 cup basmati rice, cooked
  22. ¼ onion, thinly sliced
  23. 1 tsp fried chopped ginger and garlic
  24. 1 cup palak leaves / spinach, finely chopped
  25. ¼ cup peas, fresh / frozen
  26. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Carrot Pulao Recipe
  2. firstly, in wide pan, take a tsp of ghee. optionally, you can use oil.
  3. furthermore, add mustard seeds, jeera, allow to splutter.
  4. Additionally, add onion and fry till they turn golden brown. Fry till they turn translucent.
  5. time to add grated carrot and fry for a minute till they shrink and change its colour.
  6. Once the carrot are cooked, add turmeric powder and salt to taste. give a good stir.
  7. Also add cooked rice.
  8. Furthermore, mix well without breaking rice grains. cook for a minute.
  9. Take a container and add cleaning foil to it and add a layer of carrot rice.
  10. Paneer Rice Recipe
  11. in wide pan, take a tbsp of ghee oil. Once the ghee starts to melt, add jeera. Add fried onion. Now add paneer and fry till they turn golden brown.Once done add fried ginger and garlic. Finally, add cooked rice and salt to taste. Mix well without breaking rice grains. Cook for a minute. Add again a layer.

  13. firstly, in wide pan, take a tsp of ghee. Optionally, you can use oil. Add chopped onions and fried ginger garlic. Time to add finely chopped palak leaves and fry for a minute till they shrink and change its colour. Once the palak leaves are cooked, add peas and fry till the peas are cooked. Finally, add cooked rice and salt to taste.mix well without breaking rice grains. cook for a minute. Now add the last layer. Take a plate and unmolded the layered rice. You can see the layer perfectly. Otherwise you can use a plate and add 3 rice in a indian flag patter. Serve with Curd or Raita..
