Making toffee is quite headache for me. But here I have made toffee using only 1 ingredient honey, tasty plus healthy.
10/10. satisfied my sweet tooth
Add honey in a pan,and cook until pouring consistency .
It will take 5 minutes.
Like this.
Grease the tin and spread the mixture into the tray.
When cooled take out from tray.
Stretch as much as you can.
Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Remove from fridge and stretch again.
Make a long log and cut into pieces.
And give shape of toffy.
