ABOUT TOFFEE PUDDING RECIPE

This toffee pudding is everything you dream of - creamy, smooth, rich and yummy !

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 1. Toffee  -  1 tin 
  2. 2. Whip powder  -  2 sachets
  3. 3. Fresh cream - 2 tin
  4. 4. Milk  -  1/2 cup
  5. 5. Bread slices  ( cut the edges and toast it )
  6. 6. Hide and seek biscuits
  7. 7. Roasted nuts

Instructions

  1. To make toffee: For making toffee, Put 1 tin sweet condensed milk [without opening can] in pressure cooker with enough water to cover the tin. Close the cooker and cook it for 1 whistle, then reduce the flame and cook for 30 - 40 minutes. Cool the condensed milk tin completely at room temperature before opening. Toffee ready
  2.         To prepare cream:  Beat whip powder and milk in a bowl. Make thick cream. Add fresh cream and milkmaid toffee. Whip this well to make a creamy mixture.
  3. First layer : Toasted bread and roasted nuts.
  4. Second layer : Half of cream mixture.
  5. Third layer  : Hide and seek biscuits and roasted nuts.
  6. Fourth layer : Remaining cream mixture.
  7. Garnish with crushed hide and seek biscuit and roasted nuts.
  8. Keep it covered in the refrigerator for about 3 - 4 hours. Serve cooled.
