ABOUT DARSAN - Honey Drizzled Crispy Noodles RECIPE

A chinese snack.Tastes great with plain icecream,these hot or cold honey glazed noodles are amazing. Here I used switz samosa patti ,variation to make Darsan!:thumbsup::blush:yumm and quick Try for sure!:ok_hand:

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 8-10 Switz Samosa Patti
  2. 1/2 cup Honey
  3. 1 tblspn seasame seeds
  4. 1-2 tblspn corn flour
  5. 3 scoops vanilla icecream
  6. Oil for frying
  7. 1 small green pear

Instructions

  1. Take 8-10 Switz samosa patti
  2. Cut strips under fan to dry ,not soften
  3. Keep the bottle of honey and sesame on side too
  4. On these strips sprinkle corn flour sparingly ,lightly mix all
  5. Now heat oil for frying, put few at a time to fry
  6. Add more strips when oil very hot ,slow flame then
  7. Start removing as they're turning golden
  8. Take some Honey in a cup
  9. Keep sesame ready
  10. With a dinner spoon start pouring honey on the the fried strips
  11. Cover fried noodles strips ,with honey
  12. Assess the required amount if honey just enough to cover all over
  13. Now sprinkle the sesame on these honey noodles
  14. To serve take your scoops of vanilla milk Icecream
  15. cut out pieces of pear add to the ready Darsan
  16. Now serve keeping the icecream bowl in the centre spread the Darsan all around
  17. Add small pieces of the chopped pear with green skin to garnish
  18. Serve cold icecream with hot darsan
