Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 tbs honey
  2. 2 cups coconut milk
  3. 6 tbs chia seeds
  4. 1/2 tbs vanilla extract
  5. Fresh berries

Instructions

  1. Combine the coconut milk, chia seeds, vanilla and honey in a medium bowl
  2. Mix well until the honey has dissolved.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours
  4. Stir well and divide the pudding into individual portions.
  5. Serve with fresh berries.
