Ingredients to make Instant malai paneer

  • onions 2 (grated)
  • tomatoes - 2 (grated)
  • paneer - 200 gm
  • malai 2- 3 tbsp
  • milk - 150 ml
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder (degi mirch) for gud color
  • salt to taste,
  • coriander powder 1 tsp
  • kasoori methi - 1 tsp
  • green cardamom powder 2-3 pinch,
  • black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
  • 1-2 tsp tomato ketchup (it's ur wish , u can modify according to u)
  • Oil and butter in equal quantity

How to make Instant malai paneer

  1. Add oil and butter in a pan or kadhai, put grated onions (squeeze extra water) saute until light brown, now switch off gas.
  2. Now time to add grated tomatoes, Malai and milk , stir it well.. turn gas on .
  3. Put all dry masala except black pepper.
  4. Now on high heat stir continuously until masala leave oil.
  5. Add Paneer (cut in triangle)
  6. Garnish with green chilies and coriander leaves.
