Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Prawn 1/2kg (golden fryed with a bit salt)
  2. Basmati rice 1kg
  3. Ginger, garlic paste 4tbs
  4. Onion 4 medium size ( julion )
  5. Garam masala 4 st
  6. Salt to taste
  7. And a slight sugar to inhace the flavour of pron

Instructions

  1. At first fry onion when it be slight golden
  2. Prawn your ginger ,garlic past and fry
  3. Add salt and garam masala now fry
  4. Now add rice and pron mix
  5. Add suger and serve it
