Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Onion one small
  2. Tomato half
  3. Capsicum 1/4 th cup
  4. Mushroom 1/2 cup
  5. Cheese slices 2
  6. Salt 1/2 tspn
  7. Black pepper powder 1 tspn
  8. Eggs 4
  9. Vegetable oil 1 tbspn


  1. Cut onion, tomato, capsicum, mushrooms into small dices
  2. Add 1/2 tbspn of vegetable oil to pan
  3. Add all diced vegetables
  4. Saute for 2 min
  5. Add salt and black pepper powder
  6. Saute for another minute and keep filling aside
  7. Break 4 eggs and beat well
  8. Add 1/2 tbspn of vegetable oil to flat non stick pan
  9. Add eggs
  10. Keep on medium flame covered for 1 minute
  11. Remove cover and place filling on one half of omlet
  12. Place 2 cheese slices on top of that
  13. Cover and cook for a minute
  14. Fold the other half of omlet to cover filling
  15. Cover and cook for another minute
  16. Carefully slide it in serving plate without breaking it and serve hot
