  1. Oil - 1 teaspoon
  2. Chopped green chillies -2
  3. Crushed pepper powder
  4. Salt
  5. Eggs -2

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs, , salt and pepper in small bowl until blended. Heat oil in 6 to 8-inch nonstick omelet pan or skillet over medium-high heat until hot. tilt pan to coat the bottom. pour egg mixture.
  2. Mixture should set immediately at edges. Sprinkle chopped green chillies.and toss Enjoy with toast
