Ingredients to make Masala omlete

  • eggs 4 no
  • salt to tast
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Fine chopped onion 1 small
  • Chopped tomato seedless 1 small
  • Red capsicum fine chopped 1 tbsp
  • Green capsicum fine chopped 1 tbsp
  • Yellow capsicum fine chopped 1 tbsp
  • Green chilli chopped 1 tsp
  • Coriender leave fine chopped 1 tbsp
  • Buttet 1 tbsp

How to make Masala omlete

  1. Break eggs into a big bowl add salt and pepper whisk well
  2. Give a nice whisk and beat the eggs about a minute with a fork or wire whisk keep aside
  3. Now take a pan heat on flame add in oil and butter add all chopped veggies , salt and pepper saute for a min
  4. After remove mixture in another bowl
  5. Take a frying nonstick pan add oil and some butter. Allow it to get hot.
  6. Now add mixture and place gas on low flame for 5 secs.
  7. Then add veggies mixture in half done omlete season some salt and pepper
  8. Cook well then fold in one side remove on plate
  9. Serve with brown bread or roti
