Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 4 medium size onions cut slices
  2. 3 medium size potatoes Cut slices
  3. 4 green chillies cut small picese
  4. 2 cup gram flour
  5. 2 tsp red chilli powder
  6. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  7. Salt to taste
  8. 1 tsp ajwain
  9. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  10. 1 tsp garam masala powder
  11. Pinch Of Baking Soda
  12. 2 tbs chopped coriander leaves
  13. Oil for fry
  14. For garnish-
  15. 2 medium onions cut slices
  16. 4 green chillies cut small picese


  1. In a big bowl ,add gram flour. Add all spices. Add little water and make thick batter.
  2. Remove onions skin ,and cut slices. Remove potatoes skin and cut slices. Cut green chillies into small pieces. Chopped coriander leaves.
  3. Add all veggies into gram flour batter. Mix well and keep aside for 5 minutes.
  4. Heat oil ,fry medium size pakora.
  5. All pakora finished than ,add green chillies into oil and just fry and take out.
  6. Garnish with slices onions and fry gree chillies. Serve with tea and enjoy.
