A crunchy snack with potato & onion, can b served with chutney or ketchup.

Ingredients to make Potato onion pakoda.

  • potato 1 big, boiled & mashed
  • onion 1 , sliced.
  • Basan 4 tbsp
  • Rice flour 1 tbsp
  • chilli powder 1/4 tsp
  • Green chillies 1 chopped
  • hing 2 pinch
  • coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • salt
  • oil to deep fry

How to make Potato onion pakoda.

  1. Mix everything except oil. Make a sticky dough.
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Drop spoonfuls of dough into oil & deep fry.
  3. SERVE HOT, with ketchup or chutney.
