Honey is better replacement of sugar. Apple and dry fruits are also very nutritious,which help in reducing bad cholesterol and increasing good cholesterol value.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Honey 2 cup as per taste needed
  2. Different dryfruits -. 2 cup
  3. Walnut, badam, pistachio,
  4. Grated coconut. 2 cup
  5. Green apple. 2 in no.
  6. Ghee. 2 tbsp
  7. Cardamon. 1 or 2 tsp


  1. First take small amount of ghee. Roast all the dry fruits. Keep it aside.
  2. Now take honey and grated coconut in a pan ,and sauted it for 10 min.
  3. Add small amount of water ,and add grated peeled apple or chopped apple slices.
  4. After 3 min put off gas . Allow to Cool in plate.
  5. Delicious dessert is ready for taste.
