Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Seedless and boiled bitter gourd - 2
  2. Coriander leaves - 1 bowl
  3. Mint leaves - 1/2 bowl
  4. Green chilly - 2
  5. Jaggery - 2 tbsp
  6. Salt - to taste
  7. Tamarind water - 2 tbsp
  8. Mustard oil - 1/4 tsp

Instructions

  1. Blanch the bitter gourd and remove the seeds.
  2. Wash drain and chop coriander leaves and mint leaves.
  3. Blend all the ingredients to a smooth consistency.
  4. Add mustard oil and mix well.
