Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Brinjal slit into 4 pieces
  2. oil for shallow fry
  3. Curd cream full fat 1 cup
  4. Chat masala 1/2 tsp
  5. sugar 1tsp
  6. Rock salt 1/2 tsp
  7. Curry leaves for tempering
  8. Mustard seeds for tempering
  9. Chilli powder to drizzle
  10. Turmeric a pinch while marinatuon

Instructions

  1. First wash the brinjal and cut into thin slices. Marinate with salt n tumeric
  2. Then heat oil in a pan and shallow fry till golden brown
  3. Now keep the shallow fried brinjal aside. In a cup take curd to it add rock salt, sugar, chat masala. Give a whisk
  4. Keep in refrigerator to chill.. Now add the begun to the curd. Now let it cool for 1 hr. For Tempering it with curry leaves and mustard seeds. Once it splutters, add it to the doi begun. Drizzle chilli powder and serve it chilled.
