Spicy and tangy brinjals, served in a different and attractive manner !!

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 250g begun [brinjals]
  2. Salt 1/2 spoon.
  3. Red chilli 1/2 spoon
  4. Black salt 1/4 tea spoon
  5. Lemon juice1 spoon
  6. Cumin powder 1/2spoon
  7. Ajwain [carom seeds] 1/2spoon
  8. Soanf powder [fennel seeds powder] 1/2 spoon
  9. Coriander powder 1/2spoon
  10. Black chilli 1/4 spoon
  11. Haldhi [turmeric powder] 1/2spoon small
  12. Degi mirch1/2sp small
  13. Oil 4 to 5 spoon

Instructions

  1. Firstly wash the brinjals.
  2. Cut the brinjals into four pieces.
  3. Then sprinkle some salt,red chilli,black salt and lemon juice.
  4. Marinate for 2 to 3 minute.
  5. Then mix all massala cumin,coriander,ajwain,soanf,black pepper,Haldhi,salt,degi mirch dust on the brinjals.
  6. And also drizzle some oil.
  7. Marinate for another 5 minutes.
  8. Take a pan grease with oil and put benguns [brinjals] into it.
  9. Cover the pan with lid and SIM the gas.
  10. After 10 minute turn all the brinjals and cover the lid
  11. Then after 5 minutes switch off the gas
  12. Serve hot
