ABOUT Gobhi aloo dry RECIPE

This is a dry dish made with cauliflower and potatoes that can be served with some dal rice. A perfect curry for all occasions.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Cauliflower 1
  2. Potato 2
  3. Onion 2
  4. Tomato 2
  5. Ginger garlic grated 2 tsp
  6. Coriander leaves few
  7. oil
  8. Garam masala 1tsp
  9. Red chilli powder 1tsp
  10. Turmeric powder 1/2tsp
  11. Coriander powder 2tsp

Instructions

  1. Cut cauliflower and potato after peeling the potato.
  2. Chop onion and tomato
  3. In a pan heat oil crackle cumin seeds.
  4. Add onion cook it little add ginger garlic paste all spices and salt
  5. Add the potato cauliflower pieces
  6. Let it cook for 10-12 minutes
  7. Add tomato pieces
  8. Cook it again till the tomato gets soft
  9. Add garam masala
  10. Garnish with coriander leaves
