About Aloo-gobhi dry Recipe

This is a delicious recipe made with cauliflower and potatoes.

Aloo-gobhi dry

Ingredients to make Aloo-gobhi dry

  • cauliflower 1 small
  • potato 2
  • onion 2
  • tomato 2
  • Gibger -garlic paste 1 tsp
  • red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • coriander powder 1 tsp
  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  • coriander leaves 1 tbsp chopped
  • oil 1-1/2 tbsp

How to make Aloo-gobhi dry

  1. Wash and cut the vegetables
  2. Heat oil crackle cumin seeds
  3. Add chopped onions saute a little
  4. Add potato pieces in it cover it and let it cook for some time
  5. Add Cauliflower pieces in it
  6. Add all spices and salt
  7. Add tomato pieces and let it cook for some time
  8. Add garam masala and garnish with coriander leaves

My Tip:

Enjoy with poori/roti/ parantha
