Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Mutton keema 250 gm
  2. Bell peppers 1and 1/2 cup
  3. A full eggplant
  4. Pepper
  5. Salt
  6. sugar
  7. Beans and carrot 1/2 cup
  8. Sliced onion and garlic
  9. oil to fry

Instructions

  1. Cut the eggplant in half and scoop out the inner surface of it and make bowl shape
  2. Now deep fry it and keep it aside
  3. Now take some oil in pan and heat it
  4. Give the garlic and onion paste and let it to fry till it get caramelised
  5. Now give the carrots ,beans ,bell pepper to fry
  6. After it gets soft give the keema in the pan
  7. Mix salt sugar pepper to taste
  8. Now stuff the mixture in the fried eggplant
  9. And grill it
  10. Serve with mint leaves
