Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 1 cup besan.
  2. 3/4 cup grated pumpkin.
  3. 2 tbsp freshly chopped coriander leaves.
  4. 1 tbsp grated carrots.
  5. 1 tbsp chopped onions.
  6. 1 tsp chilli powder.
  7. 1 tsp roasted cumin seeds powder.
  8. 1/2 tsp ajwain.
  9. Salt to taste.
  10. 1/2 cup soda water.
  11. 2 -4 tbsp oil.

Instructions

  1. In a bowl add all the ingredients except the oil and soda water.
  2. Once all the dry ingredients are mixed pour in the soda water slowly to have a right consistency batter for the pancakes.
  3. Heat a non stick tava , drizzle oil and pour about 2 tbsp of batter ,spread evenly .
  4. Let it cook from one side .
  5. Now turn to cook the other side too.
  6. Repeat the same for the remaining batter.
  7. Serve immediately with green chutney and tomato ketchup.
