Beat the summer heat with this super easy, super healthy fresh smoothies using fresh strawberries, kiwis and bananas.

Ingredients to make Healthy Smoothies

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries(washed n hulled) OR peeled and sliced kiwis/ bananas
  • 3/4 cup fresh yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • lots of Ice

How to make Healthy Smoothies

  1. 1. Put fruit of your choice in blender, you can even use strawberry banana or kiwi strawberry.
  2. 2. Now add yogurt,lemon juice,powdered sugar and ice cubes into the blender.Blend till smooth and creamy.
  3. 3. Garnish the smoothie with more sliced/chopped fruit and serve chilled.

My Tip:

try chiku or custard apple for a delicious variation!
