Healthy Pumpkin Smoothie

Ingredients to make Healthy Pumpkin Smoothie

  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup cold full fat milk
  • 3-4 ice cubes
  • 1 frozen ripe banana
  • 1/2 tbsp honey
  • 10-12 cashews
  • 1/4 cup cold yoghurt
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon for garnish
  • 1 tsp slivered almonds for garnish

How to make Healthy Pumpkin Smoothie

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy
  2. Pour in serving glass, garnish with almonds and cinnamon. Serve cold
