Ingredients Serving: 20

  1. 1 kg Amla
  2. 1Kg Sugar
  3. 2 tbsp Ghee
  4. Some Anardana powder
  5. Some powdered sugar
  6. Little bit of black pepper
  7. some black and white salt
  8. some jeera powder


  1. Wash the Amlas. Put it into cooker and add some water and give 2 whistles.
  2. Open the cooker and take out all water. Take out seeds from Amla.
  3. Take a Kadai . Put the seedless Amla and sugar into it. Keep it on low flame.
  4. Keep stirring until it gets thick. Add Ghee, both salts, black pepper, Anardana and mix it well.
  5. Switch off the gas. Take it on a plate. Pick a small portion and roll into a Candy.
  6. In a bowl take powdered sugar, Anardana, black salt and mix all.
  7. Now dip every Candy into above mixture and serve.
