Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Pita bread 4
  2. 1 cauliflower
  3. 2 tbsp Butter
  4. 1 tsp Rosemary
  5. 1 tsp chilli flakes
  6. Salt and pepper to taste
  7. 2tbsp Tahini paste
  8. 1 gvsp finely chopped garlic
  9. 1TBSP LEMON JUICE
  10. 2 tbsp olive oil
  11. 1 tsp Paprika powder
  12. 2 tbsp Hung curd

Instructions

  1. For cauliflower steak cut it on flat pieces and blanch it for few minutes
  2. Then heat a pan .. add butter and few drops of olive oil to it. Grill cauliflower steak in butter with rosemary salt and pepper
  3. Now for cauliflower hummus cut remaining cauliflower in small pcs MIX oi with 1 tbsp olive oil , garlic and salt .
  4. Cook in oven at 200 degree for 20 mins
  5. Cool it and blend in a blender with curd, salt and Tahini paste ..add remaining olive oil and paprika powder
  6. For assembling chop some lettuce leaves and slice cucumber, tomato and onion
  7. Cut pita bread in two halves and grill on grilling pan for 2 mins on both sides
  8. Now apply cauliflower hummus inside pita bread arrange sliced vegetables lettuce leaves and cauliflower steak
  9. Drizzle some more hummus on top of pita bread
