ABOUT Cream of Mushroom Soup RECIPE

Delicious , restaurant style, healthy mushroom soup which is a perfect starter for any occasion.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1pack mushroom
  2. 5 cloves garlic
  3. 1/4tsp black pepper powder
  4. salt
  5. 3 cups water
  6. 1tsp butter
  7. 1 cup milk
  8. coriander leaves for garnishing.

Instructions

  1. First wash the mushrooms and dice these into small pieces.
  2. Keep aside some slices of mushrooms , for garnishing.
  3. Heat some butter in a pan, and saute the garlic cloves.
  4. Now add mushroom cubes and saute 5 minutes
  5. Now add 1 cup water and blend this into a smooth paste.
  6. Pour this mixture back into a pan and add 2 cups of water, let this simmer and boil.
  7. Season with salt and black pepper powder.
  8. Now add 1 cup milk and saved mushroom cubes, and boil for 2 more minutes.
  9. Sprinkle some chopped coriander leaves, and serve hot.
