Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Bread 6 slices
  2. Red bell peppers finely chopped 3 tablespoon
  3. Yellow bell peppers finely chopped 3 tablespoon
  4. Green bell peppers finely chopped 3 tablespoon
  5. Paneer 3 tbsp
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Pepper powder to taste
  8. Oregano seasoning 1 teaspoon
  9. Grated cheese 5 tablespoons
  10. Butter 2 tablespoons
  11. Tomato sauce 2 teaspoons


  1. In a bowl, mix the bell peppers.
  2. Crumble paneer into a bowl.
  3. Add 1 tablespoon grated cheese.
  4. Add salt, pepper powder and oregano seasoning.
  5. Mix well and keep aside.
  6. In a separate bowl add butter, tomato sauce and 1 tbsp grated cheese.
  7. Mix well and keep aside.
  8. Using round cutters or sharp lids cut the bread into round shapes.
  9. Using a small round cutter or lid, cut the centre of three of the slices.
  10. You should have three full rounds and 3 hollow rounds.
  11. Generously apply the butter sauce mix on the round pieces.
  12. Place the hollow bread slices over the batteries and press lightly so it sticks.
  13. In the hollow area, put the bell pepper filling.
  14. Press lightly and sprinkle grated cheese.
  15. Bake in the oven at 180 degree Celsius for 10 to 15 minutes, until the bread is brown and crispy and the cheese is melted.
  16. Serve warm.
