Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 200 grams button mushrooms(cleaned and cut in quarter pieces)
  2. 200 grams spinach(washed thoroughly and chopped)
  3. 1/2 cup crumbled cottage cheese(paneer)
  4. 2 tbsp fresh cream(Malai skimmed from milk)
  5. 1 tsp garlic paste
  6. 1/2 tsp ginger paste
  7. 1 medium onion chopped roughly
  8. 2-3 packets pizza seasoning (or dried oregano)
  9. 1 tsp red chili flakes
  10. 1 tsp black pepper powder
  11. Salt to taste


  1. Heat some oil in a pan and add chopped onion
  2. A minute later add ginger garlic paste and Cook them all together till onions turn pink
  3. Now add cut mushrooms and mix, let them cook for 4-5 minutes on low flame
  4. Then add chopped spinach and cook on high till all it's water is absorbed
  5. Next step is to add paneer and cream and mix properly
  6. Now add all the spices and cook for another two minutes and it's ready
