Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup roasted rava
  2. Ghee / Oil 1 tbsp
  3. Mustard seeds for seasoning
  4. Channa dal for seasoning
  5. Onion 2 medium size
  6. 2 green chillies
  7. curry leaves
  8. Cashew optional

Instructions

  1. Roast Rava until you get good aroma
  2. Heat a kadai. Add Ghee / Oil. Add Mustard
  3. When Mustard cracks add Channa dal and saute well
  4. Add onion, green chilli and curry leaves and saute well
  5. Add 2 cups of water and 1 TSP salt. Boil water
  6. Add roasted Rava and stir continuosly to avoid lumps
  7. Add Ghee and serve with coconut chutney
