Its a delicious , authentic bengali side dish, to be served along with some dal rice.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Chopped Bottle gourd...1 bowl
  2. Chopped onion..1
  3. Khas khas [poppy seeds] paste...5 to 6 spn
  4. Sugar..1/2 tspn
  5. Salt
  6. Turmeric powder..1tspn
  7. Coriander leaves
  8. Fried Vadi/bori

Instructions

  1. Heat oil & fry chopped onion
  2. Add chopped bottle gourd.
  3. Add khas khas paste, turmeric powder, salt, sugar.
  4. Add some fried vadi .Mix it well.
  5. Add some hot water.Boil it & make it dry.
