Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Big onion 2 numbers
  2. Big tomato 2 numbers
  3. Garlic 6 pieces
  4. Tamarind a pinch size
  5. Jaggery a pinch size
  6. Red dry chillies 8 numbers
  7. Gingely oil 4 table spoon
  8. curry leaves
  9. Mustard seeds 1 tea spoon
  10. Salt


  1. In a cooker add oil, onion cubed, tomatoes cubed, tamarind, jaggery, chillies and garlic and cook it till 2 whistles
  2. Don't add water. Cook in low flame only
  3. Add salt and let it cool
  4. Grind into paste
  5. In a kadai fry mustard seed and curry leaves and add it to the chutney
