Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 small bottlegourd
  2. Paneer 200 gms
  3. Pudina leaves..12 to 15
  4. Salt to taste
  5. 2 sp of oil
  6. 1 chopped onion
  7. Coraiander powder.1/2sp
  8. Red chilli powder..1/2sp
  9. Water


  1. Peel bottle gourd.
  2. Scoop from middle and make it hollow.
  3. Boil bottle gourd in water in an open vessel.
  4. Boil 50%
  5. When boiled take it out from water and lightly squeeze out the water.
  6. Grate paneer.
  7. Take a pan.
  8. Add one spoon of oil.
  9. Saute chopped onion,don't turn it red.
  10. Add paneer and all dry spices.
  11. Mix properly.
  12. Add chopped pudina leaves and mix it again.
  13. Let it cool.
  14. Now fill this bhurji in the bottle gourd.
  15. Cut into slices.
  16. Take a nonstick pan.
  17. Brush one sp of oil on pan.
  18. Now saute the bottle gourd pieces from both sides.
  19. Bottle gourd paneer rolls are ready.
  20. Serve these rolls with south indian style tomato chutney.
