Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 beetroot (finely chopped)
  2. 1/2 cup baby spinach (finely chopped)
  3. 1 tomato, finely chopped
  4. 1 small piece of ginger (fine chopped)
  5. 1 tsp sugar
  6. 1/2 tsp black pepper
  7. 1 tsp salt
  8. 5 cup vegetable stock
  9. 1/2 cup fresh mushrooms, very finely chopped
  10. 1 tsp corn flour + 1 tbsp water (make a batter)
  11. 1 tsp butter


  1. Take pressure cooker and add water, beetroot ,spinach, tomato, ginger, salt , pepper and sugar. Now give 2 pressure on high flame.
  2. After 2-3 minutes take out this boil mixture in blender and churn.
  3. Sieve the mixture in a pan. Now put on a flame and add corn flour mixture. Stir continuously.
  4. After 1 boil remove from the cook top and now add mushroom.
  5. Serve in soup bowl and garnish with some cream.
