ABOUT Baked Kheer RECIPE

I made this recipe specially for my mother.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/2 liter Rice Kheer
  2. 2 eggs
  3. 1/2 cup dry fruit
  4. 2 tsp Vanilla essence
  5. Mixed Fruits like Banana, apple etc (Optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl take rice kheer and egg. Mix it well.
  2. Add dry fruits and/or choice of mixed fruits and vanilla essence while mixing it.
  3. Bake it till it becomes light brown on top.
  4. Serve it with any favorite toppings and/or fruit.
