Avocado Tartare

Ingredients to make Avocado Tartare

  • avocados 2
  • tomato 1
  • onion 1, small
  • Sushi rice - 30 gms (See below)
  • Spicy Mayonnaise - 5 gms (See below)
  • wasabi mayonnaise - 5 ml
  • bubu arare - 5 gms
  • micro green mustard - 1 gm
  • For the SUSHI rice:
  • Sushi rice 200 gms
  • Sushi vinegar 50 ml
  • Mayonnaise - 3.7 kg
  • lemon Juice - 550 ml
  • sugar - 500 gms
  • salt - 150 gms
  • chilli Paste - 250 gms
  • Sake - 60 ml
  • Shredded Dry chilli - 15 gms

How to make Avocado Tartare

  1. Make cake of rice and deep fry it.
  2. Mix avacado , chop onions, spicy mayonnaise, wasabi mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
  3. Make another mixture of tomato with salt and pepper.
  4. Put the mixture of avocado on rice cake nicely flatten it. Then make another layer of tomato on it.
  5. Garnish it with bubu arare and micro greens.
