ABOUT Shish Touk RECIPE

Incredibly delicious and healthy Mediterranean dish which is the core of any lebanese meal.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 2 Chicken breasts (cut into cubes)
  2. 3/4 cup Greek yogurt
  3. 1 1/2 tbsp Tomato paste
  4. 1 1/2 tsp Sprig Tangier
  5. 1 tbsp olive oil
  6. 1 lemon's juice
  7. 1 tsp Garlic paste
  8. 3/4 tsp salt
  9. 1/4 Black pepper powder
  10. 3/4 tsp Paprika
  11. 1/2 tsp Thyme
  12. 1/2 tsp Baharat
  13. oil for grilling

Instructions

  1. In a big bowl, put yogurt, tomato paste, tangier, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic paste, salt, black pepper, paprika , thyme and Baharat.
  2. Whisk it nicely.
  3. Add chicken cubes (poked with a fork )
  4. Mix nicely and keep it in refrigerator for 4-6 hours.
  5. Put them in pre-soaked skewers and grill on a bbq grill.
  6. Serve with hummus and pita.
