Chicken stuffed with butter.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Chicken breast 1
  2. Butter 2 tbspn
  3. Parsley chopped 1/2 tspn
  4. Chillie flakes 1/2 tspn
  5. Salt as required
  6. Oil 3 tbspn
  7. Maida 1 tbspn
  8. Bread crumbs 2 tbspn
  9. Egg 1
  10. Black pepper crush 1/2 tspn

Instructions

  1. In abowl take room temperature butter in it add parsley, chilly flakes. Then place it on a cling film and wrap it giving a long bar shape. Tightly squeeze the cling film and refrigerate it for 2 hrs. You can do this before day.
  2. Take the chicken cut from middle like how we cut pav. Then place it on a cling film n cover it. Then with the hammer beat it to make it evenly thin not too thin. Sprinkle black pepper and salt and rub it.
  3. Now place butter in the middle and wrap the chicken properly giving a round oval shape.
  4. In a plate put maida, in another bowl take egg beaten slightly and in another plate bread crumbs.
  5. Now place chicken on maida coat it. Then dip in egg then roll it over bread crumbs.
  6. Again dip in egg and roll over bread crumbs. To give a nice crispy texture.
  7. In a cling film keep it n refrigerate it for 1 hour.
  8. After that heat a pan with 3 tbspn oil. When hot add this chicken roll. Fry both the sides for 10 to 15 mins.
  9. Then bake it in microwave at 180 degree centigrade for 20 mins. Serve with rice.
