Easy healthy and tasty way to prepare a burger with the ingredients at home

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Wheat flour 1 cup
  2. Ghee
  3. Ajwain
  4. Salt
  5. Potatoes 3 big size
  6. Onions 2
  7. Garlic 6 pods
  8. Ginger small piece
  9. Coriander leaves
  10. Peas
  11. Fennel seeds powder 1 tsp
  12. Garam masala 1 tsp
  13. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  14. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  15. Coriander powder 1 tsp
  16. Paneer
  17. Hot and sweet tomato sauce
  18. Oil


  1. Add 1 cup Wheat flour, Ajwain, Salt and Ghee. Add Luke warm water. Make a dough and rest for a while
  2. Boil 3 big size potatoes
  3. To prepare masala, finely chop onions, garlic, ginger and coriander leaves.
  4. Add oil to kadai. Fry finely chopped onions
  5. Add Ginger and Garlic saute well
  6. Add Green peas and saute well
  7. Add boiled potatoes and coriander leaves. saute well
  8. Add Salt, Fennel, Coriander, Red chilly, Turmeric, Garam masala powder
  9. Cool the masala
  10. Make patties
  11. Make small rotis
  12. Heat the roties to make pappads
  13. Heat the pappads on direct flame to make it crispy
  14. Roast Paneer and Onions with little oil. Sprinkle chat masala
  15. Take a pappad. Add sauce. Add patty. Add roasted paneer. Add Fried onions and make a burger
