  • 1 cup boil white peas
  • 1 chp onion
  • ginger paste
  • Green chilli
  • jeera
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • salt
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • haldi
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp jeera powder
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 3 boil potato
  • salt
  • haldi
  • Red chilli powder
  • coriander leaves
  • oil for shallow frying
  • For topping---
  • Chop onion and tomato
  • Green chiil
  • coriander leaves
  • Sev bhujiya
  • pomegranate seeds
  • Green chutney
  • Imly chutney

How to make Ragda patty

  1. TAKE BOIL POTATO AND MASH ADD HALDI MIRCHI AND SALT.
  2. ADD CORIANDER LEAVES AND GINGER PASTE. MASH THEM AND MIX THEM FOR PATTIES.
  3. NOW TAKE BOILED PEAS AND ONION
  4. ADD 1 TBSP PEAS , ONION AND GINGER PASTE IN MIXER. MAKE A PASTE.
  5. HEAT OIL IN PAN AND ADD JEERA AND ONION. ADD PASTE. COOK IT.
  6. NOW ADD CORIANDER POWDER, HALDI MIRCHI, SALT, GARAM MASALA, CHAAT MASALA AND JEERA POWDER.
  7. ADD WATER AND MIX. ADD PEAS AND MAKE RAGDA.
  8. ADD LEMON JUICE AND CORIANDER LEAVES
  9. TAKE POTATO PASTE AND MAKE PATTIES. MAKE ALL PATTIES LIKE THAT.
  10. OUR PATTIES ARE READY
  11. NOW TAKE CHOP TOMATO, ONION POMEGRANATE SEEDS, CHUTNEY , CORIANDER LEAVES
  12. TAKE SEV BHUJIYA
  13. HEAT TAWA AND ADD OIL SHALLOW FRY PATTIES. COOK FROM BOTH SIDES.
  14. NOW IT IS TIME TO SERVE. TAKE PATTY IN PLATE
  15. ADD RAGDA, THEN TOMATO ,ONION. ADD BOTH CHUTNEY.
  16. SPRINKLE SEV AND POMEGRANATE SEEDS. GARNISH WITH CORIANDER LEAVES.
  17. OUR RAGDA PATTY IS READY TO SERVE
