Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For kofta-peas-1cup
  2. Fine chopped onion -1/2
  3. Green chilly -2chopped
  4. Gram flour -2 tablespoon
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Red chilly powder-1/4teaspoon
  7. Cumin seeds powder-1/4teaspoon
  8. garam masala-1/4 teaspoon
  9. Ginger paste-1teaspoon
  10. For gravey- onion-4
  11. Tomato -2
  12. Ginger-1 piece of 1 inch
  13. Cashewnuts-6-7
  14. Garlic -6-7 cloves
  15. Dried fenugreek leave -2 teaspoon
  16. Red chilly powder-1/2 teaspoon
  17. Salt to taste
  18. Turmeric powder-1/4teaspoon
  19. Coriander powder-1teaspoon
  20. Kitchen king masala-1/2teaspoon
  21. Tea bags -2
  22. Oil -2tablespoon
  23. Fresh cream-2teaspoon

Instructions

  1. For kofta- take a mixer jaar add peas and make a coarse paste.
  2. Take out in a plate.
  3. Now add all above ing of kofta and mix well.
  4. Now grease your palms with oil and divide mixer into 8-9 equal portion.give each portion a shape of ball.
  5. Now heat oil in a pan and deep fry the ball till brown and crispy.
  6. For gravy- heat 2 glass of water in a pan.
  7. Now add roughly chopped onion ,tomato,cashewnuts,garlic cloves,ginger,tea bags and bring them to boil for 5 minutes.
  8. Now switch off the flame and remove the tea bags.
  9. Now transfer it in to a mixer jaar and make a smooth paste.
  10. Now heat oil in a wok.add onion tomato paste and saute till oil separated.
  11. Now add all dry masala,salt, dry fenugreek leave,kitchen king masala and mix well.
  12. Now add 1 glass of water or as required.now cover the wok with lid and cook it on slow flame for 5 minutes.
  13. Now add fresh cream and switch off the flame.
  14. Serve with kofta.
