ABOUT Kacche tamatar ki sabzi RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/2 kg unripened tomatoes
  2. 1 piece of ginger
  3. 2 green chillies
  4. 1/2 spoon of turmeric powder
  5. 4 cloves of garlic
  6. 1/2 spoon pickle masala/ bharwa masala
  7. Salt according to taste
  8. 1 spoon sugar
  9. 2 spoon mustard oil
  10. 1 bowl of peas

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Then put in the sabut bharwa masala, turmeric, salt, crushed ginger and garlic. Once it gets cooked, put in the chopped peas and tomatoes in it.
  3. Cover with a lid and let it simmer and cook on a low flame.
  4. Check occasionally to see if the peas and tomato are cooked. Once they are cooked, turn off the gas.
  5. Now put in the sugar. Mix it well and cover the lid for 5 minutes, then serve it hot.
