It's a diffrent type tastey gravy with capsicum ball.It's my innovative dish .

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. For ball...
  2. 1 big size grated capsicum
  3. 1 big size grated onion
  4. 1/2 teaspoon garlic paste
  5. 1/2 tea spoon black pepper powder
  6. 3 tablespoon all purpose flour
  7. Salt to test
  8. Oil for Deep frying
  9. For butter milk gravy...
  10. 1 cup butter milk
  11. 1 tabel spoon all purpose flour
  12. 1 tea spoon garlic pest
  13. 1/2 tea spoon red chilli powder
  14. 1/2 tea spoon black pepper powder
  15. 2 tea spoon sugar
  16. 1/2 tea spoon cumin seeds
  17. 1/2 tea spoon roasted cumin powder
  18. 1 tabel spoon sweet corn
  19. 1 tabel spoon grated paneer
  20. 1 tabl spoon oil
  21. Salt to test
  22. 1 tea spoon Green chilli sauce
  23. 1 tea spoon chopped coriander leaves


  1. For ball...
  2. Take a bowl add chopped capsicum, onion, salt, garlic pest , black pepper powder and all purpus flour and mix well.
  3. Take small small portion and make lemon size balls.
  4. Heat oil in a kadhai and deep fry all balls golden and crispy, medium flame
  5. Remove extra oil in a tissue paper.
  6. For butter milk gravy....
  7. Take a bowl and and add butter milk and all purpus flour, mix well
  8. Heat one table spoon oil in a other kadhai or pan add cumin seeds and let them crackle
  9. Add garlic pest , saute few seconds and add sweet corn, stair
  10. Now add green chilli sauce, and buttermilk flour mixture, stair continuesly
  11. Add red chilli powder, black pepper powder,salt roasted cumin powder and sugar, stair 2 minutes
  12. Now add capsicum balls and off the flame,
  13. Garnish with gratted paneer , chopped coriander leaves, chilli and sweet corn
  14. Serve with rice or roti .
