Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Grated vegetables :
  2. Cabbage. -2
  3. Cauliflower -3
  4. Capsicum -4
  5. Carrots -4
  6. Ginger - 3-4 no.
  7. For 3cups of grated veggies add :
  8. All purpose flour-1 cup
  9. Cornflour -1/2cup
  10. Green chillies -4-5
  11. Green coriander leaves
  12. Salt ,black pepper according to taste
  13. Baking powder. -1/4 tsp
  14. For gravy :
  15. oil -2tbsp
  16. Onion -1big size
  17. Garlic pods.-- 15-20
  18. Tomato sauce- 3/4 cup
  19. Soya sauce - 1Tbsp
  20. Chilli sauce -1/2cup
  21. Vinegar -1Tbsp
  22. Handful green coriander leaves
  23. Ajjinomoto (optional)-1Tbsp
  24. Salt per taste
  25. Cornflour slurry -3Tbsp cornflour dissolves in 1 big bowl of water


  1. For manchurian veggie balls -- mix grated veggies ,APF (Maida ), cornflour,green chillies ,green coriander,salt ,black pepper ,baking powder make small size balls keep aside.
  2. Heat oil fry the veg balls on low flame till gets golden colour, take them out on absorbent paper
  3. Make gravy for manchurian ,heat oil add chopped garlic saute till change its colour.,
  4. Add chopped onions roasting till translucent
  5. Add chopped green chillies
  6. Add tomato sauce , chilli sauce ,soya sauce
  7. Add salt and black pepper as per taste
  8. Add vinegar ,ajjinimoto (optional)
  9. Add cornflour slurry and cook for 2-3minutes
  10. Add fried manchurian balls and saute till nicely coated with masala gravy
  11. Your healthy home made restaurant style manchurian balls are ready to serve in small get togethers
  12. Have fun , enjoy!!
  13. Serve hot
