Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. For Manchurian balls-Cabbage- 1 cup grated or fine chopped
  2. Carrot- 1 grated
  3. Capsicum- 1 grated
  4. Onion- 1 grated
  5. Black papper- 1/2teaspoon
  6. Cournflour -2tablespoons
  7. All purpose flour- 2tablespoons
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Ginger garlic paste- 2teaspoon
  10. Oil for frying
  11. For sauce-ginger garlic paste- 2tablespoons
  12. Spring onions for garnishing
  13. Soya sauce- 2teaspoon
  14. Red chilly sauce- 1tablespoons
  15. Vinegar- 2teaspoon
  16. Tomato sauce- 1tablespoons
  17. Oil-1tablespoons
  18. Manchaow soup pack-1 (10rs.)
  19. Salt to taste
  20. Vagetable stock-1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. For balls- squeeze the grated veggies nicely.
  2. Now add all dry ingredients ,Ginger garlic paste and mix well and make a dough.
  3. Now make small size ball with dough.
  4. Now deep fry them till brown and crispy.
  5. For sauce- Heat oil in a pan.
  6. Add ginger garlic paste and saute them for a minute.
  7. Now add vegetable stock.
  8. Now add all sauces and vinegar together.
  9. Now add manchaow soup pack.
  10. Now cook till it dries.
  11. Add salt.
  12. Now add fried balls and toss well.
  13. Garnish with spring onion.
