Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Mushroom 500 gm
  2. Pumkin leaves 10 pcs
  3. Musturd oil 50 gm
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Roughly chopped tomatoes 2
  6. Whole green chilli 4
  7. Dry mango flacks 1
  8. turmeric pwdr 1tsp
  9. Red chilli pwdr half tsp
  10. For paste:
  11. Musturd seeds 1tsp
  12. cumin seeds half tsp
  13. Garlic cloves 15
  14. 1 Dry red chilli

Instructions

  1. First wash mushrooms and pumkin leaves
  2. Then chopped all mashrooms
  3. Then make musturd paste, Take all paste ingredients in a mixi And grind musturd paste
  4. Take a bowl add chopped mushrooms , salt, turmeric powder, red chilli pwdr, musturd paste,chopped tomatoes, green chillies,and 50gm oil
  5. Mix all ingredients properly with useing ur hand
  6. Now add dry mango flacks and mixed it..
  7. Now take 2 pumkin leaves and spread few drop musturd oil
  8. And put some mushroom mixture On it
  9. And fold both sided and close properly
  10. Now wrap the potli with help of sewing thread...
  11. Make all potlis like this
  12. Now heat a iron tawa and spread few drop musturd oil
  13. And put potlis on tawa, cover with lead
  14. Now cook both sided of potlis on low flame
  15. When both sides are cooked properly and a nice aroma was relise
  16. Then remove the lead on tawa
  17. Place all the potlis in a plate and remove the sewing thread s
  18. And open the both sided of leaves And now chhatu patra poda is ready for eat
  19. Serve chhatu patra poda with rice / roti as u wish....
